Center for Aviation Human Factors Lab

The Center for Aviation Human Factors (CAHF) Lab offers enrolled graduate students a host of assets and a quiet environment to conduct research. Students are provided with a central location where they have various assets available at their finger tips to support them in conducting class and thesis research, attend classes, conducting meetings and work on course assignments. The CAHF lab also has a break room giving students the opportunity to relax and socialize.

The CAHF lab is located in Skurla Hall where classroom instruction is provided, and adjacent to the College of Aeronautics faculty offices. Students are only a short distance from their instructors and can often meet with them without an appointment. Our faculty members have expertise in many areas associated with aviation, especially in General Aviation (safety, human factors, airport management, Crew Resource Management, piloting skills etc.)
