AAR College Graduate Training Program
AAR’s 24 month College Graduate Training and Development Program partners with schools for the purpose of identifying and hiring graduates who have the potential to become AAR leaders. Participants have the opportunity to work as full time AAR employees while developing the skills and tools they need for future positions.

AQP/Flight Training Department Internship Program

Astar Air Cargo, Inc., the primary air cargo carrier for DHL Worldwide, is offering paid internship positions to motivated individuals interested in gaining valuable experience working with a major airline in the Flight Crew Training and Standards Department.  The positions pay $10/hr and average 8 hrs per day, five days per week.  Job duties include but are not limited to assisting personnel in the development of Advanced Qualifications Program initial and recurrent training curricula for the Airbus A-300, Boeing 727, and McDonnell Douglas DC-8 aircraft, tracking crewmember currency requirements, maintaining a database, and developing training courseware.  Previous experience working with Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, and Power Point is beneficial but not a requirement.
